Account Deletion – Exams

1. How to Request Account Deletion
You may request the deletion of your Exams account at any time through one of the following methods:
- Within the App (via the “Delete Account” option in settings)
- By sending an email to: villalabs.app@gmail.com
2. Data That Will Be Deleted
When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Your email address
- Your user account
- Documents and files you have uploaded
- Generated exams and associated results
3. Data That May Be Retained
We may retain certain information when necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations
- Resolve disputes
- Prevent fraud or abuse
Such data will be retained only for as long as necessary and in accordance with applicable laws.
4. Processing Time
Account deletion will be completed:
- Immediately or within a maximum period of 7 days from the request
5. Effects of Deletion
By deleting your account:
- You will lose access to all associated data
- The action is permanent and irreversible

7. Important Notes
- Account deletion requests may require verification of your identity to protect your account
- Deletion will apply only to the account associated with the request
- Some residual data may remain in backup systems for a limited period, after which it will be securely deleted
8. Language
In case of any discrepancy between translations of this policy, the English version shall prevail.
