Terms and Conditions of Use of Exams

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Exams application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.

2. Description of the Service

Exams is an application that allows users to:

Upload educational content
Automatically generate exams using artificial intelligence
Obtain results and, optionally, explanations

The service is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Eligibility

The App is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.
By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

4. User Account

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and up-to-date information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

5. Permitted Use

You agree to:

Use the App only for lawful purposes

By uploading content, you grant Exams a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to:

Process the content
Generate exams and related outputs

We do not use your content to train artificial intelligence models.

You are solely responsible for the legality and ownership of the content you upload.

7. Artificial Intelligence Disclaimer

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate exams and explanations.

You acknowledge that:

Generated content may not be accurate, complete, or error-free
The App does not provide professional or certified educational advice
You use the generated content at your own risk

8. Advertising and Unlockable Content

Some features of the App may be accessed through:

Viewing advertisements
Future subscription models (if implemented)

By using the App, you agree that:

Certain content may require watching a full advertisement
Interrupting or skipping advertisements may prevent access to such content

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as cloud storage, analytics, or advertising providers).

We are not responsible for:

The availability or performance of these services
Their data handling practices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exams shall not be liable for:

Any inaccuracies in generated content
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

11. Service Availability

We reserve the right to:

Modify, update, or discontinue the App

12. Termination

Engage in harmful or abusive behavior

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain.

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
